I enjoyed private beach access. It was convenient. I also found the pools were well kept! The sea view room was definitely worth the money. The bed was excellent, ensuring a restful sleep.
The WiFi wasn't great. I had some trouble connecting at times.

Really good stay with Very good Service

I was warmly welcomed by the staff. They treat guests like family. My Club Grand room was prepared with perfection. I enjoyed access to the Club Lounge on the 8th floor. The hotel grounds are extensive (i loved every corner of it) with areas to suit everyone. The on-site bakery, Dusit Gourmet, offers delicious cakes and savory items. Smoothies and afternoon tea are noteworthy. I found great pools and direct beach access very convenient. The gardens are well kept. The location near Terminal 21 made shopping easy.
I noticed that the gym could benefit from having more updated equipment. I also think the addition of extended hours would be appreciated by guests with various schedules. These are minor points, however, given the overall quality.

Staff provided really good service, showing kindness and professionalism. They were attentive to guest needs. Specific staff members were especially helpful, arranged cooking classes and providing extra service in the lounge.

breakfast selection helpful staff dated decor noisy air conditioning
the breakfast selection was amazing. i especially enjoyed the variety of fresh fruits and pastries, though the coffee could be stronger. the staff were helpful in assisting with directions and providing recommendations for local attractions.
The room decor felt a bit dated! though clean, the furniture showed some wear and tear. the air conditioning unit made a noticeable noise. It disrupted my sleep slightly.
